Pursuant to the provisions of the European Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 concerning Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), the IMC Group has been pursuing all necessary measures to secure compliance by its Members with these REACH provisions. The IMC Group is supported and regularly advised by TÜV SÜD, a leading European organization, who possess profound expertise and experience regarding implementation, compliance and guidance in connection with the REACH Regulations.
RoHS Directive
Pursuant to the provisions of the European Parliament 2011/65/EU concerning Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS), the IMC Group has been pursuing all necessary measures to secure compliance by its Members with these RoHS provisions.
